Acceptance

By installing the StateSense VS Code extension or using the statesense.dev website, you agree to these terms.

License

StateSense grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the extension and website for your own development purposes. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense StateSense.

Free tier

The free tier is provided as-is. Features, snapshot limits, and availability may change at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Premium subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us at support@statesense.dev within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not use StateSense to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with the extension's update or license-verification mechanisms.

Disclaimer of warranties

StateSense is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that snapshots will be error-free or that all file states can be perfectly restored. Always maintain your own version-control backups.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StateSense and its creators will not be liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension or website.
